1 Sweet Potatoe
4 White Potatoes
1 Cup Lovage Chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 Stalk of Celery chopped
4 Cups of Seasoned Chicken Stock
Salt and Pepper
Bring Stock to a boil, all ingredients and cook till tender.
Allow to cool.
Put in blender and blend, and then run through strainer.
Garnish with chopped lovage leaves.
